    You have 7 days after delivery to report a problem, or 14 days when you buy from a shop. The seller’s payment is held until this protection period ends, subject to the applicable conditions.

    Every seller goes through an identity check to confirm they are who they say they are. So you can buy your second-hand equestrian equipment with greater peace of mind.

  • No time to take the photos?

    Get in touch! Our team inspects the item, photographs its condition and holds it in our warehouse until it sells.
