When do I get a refund?

Refunded automatically

If the item is not sent by the send-by date, the order is cancelled and you are refunded in full, without asking. The order shows Refunded and you get a notification.

Never charged

• Checkout timed out. You had 30 minutes to pay and did not finish: nothing was charged.
• Payment not confirmed in time. Your bank did not confirm the payment within 2 days: the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.
