How do I pay, and where do I find my order?

You pay on Stripe's secure payment page, shown inside Tack-o-Tack. Stripe asks for the delivery address and your payment method. The address can only be in the country you chose under Deliver to.

Your card

We never save your card. If you want your details remembered for next time, Stripe's own Link service can offer to do it. We never ask for your phone number at checkout.

After paying

You see Payment successful and a link to your order. Every order you paid for is listed under Orders.

Emails about your order

For the payment you get one email from us: the order confirmation, with the items, shipping, total, the delivery address or collection, and your Buyer Protection period. Its View your receipt link opens your payment receipt, on Stripe's page.

Then we email you when the order is sent, with the carrier and tracking; when it is delivered, with your Buyer Protection date; and if it is cancelled and refunded. Each email has a View order link.

What the order page shows

• The items, the Shipping line and the Total.
• Where the order is: Paid, Sent, Delivered, Paid out.
• The Tracking number or Tracking link, the Carrier and the Expected delivery, once the order is sent.
• The date your Buyer Protection runs until, once the item is delivered.
• The other user's nickname and, once the order is paid, their name.
• Message seller and Contact support.
