How does the cart work?

Items go into one cart per owner: everything you add from the same user or shop is in the same cart, and each cart is paid on its own, with its own shipping.

Adding items

• Buy adds the listing and opens that owner's cart straight away. Anything else you had from the same owner stays in the cart.

More than one cart

When you have items from two or more owners, the cart page shows one tab per owner. You see one cart at a time, and Pay pays for that cart only. The other carts stay as they are.

Shopping without an account

You can fill a cart before you sign up. It is kept in your browser. When you press Pay, you create an account or log in, and the cart moves to your account.

When an item is no longer available

If a listing sells, is reserved by someone else, or cannot be bought for another reason, its line says This listing is no longer available. It is left out of the Total, and you can Remove it.

Your own listings never appear in your cart.
