What is my nickname?

Your nickname is the name other users see on your listings, in Messages and on orders. Your real name stays private until an order between you is paid.

The rules

• You choose it when you sign up.
• It is unique: nobody else can have the same one, whatever the capital letters.
• 3 to 24 characters: letters, numbers, dots, underscores and hyphens. No spaces.

Keep personal details, such as your full name, out of it.

Changing it

Go to Settings, Profile, and press Edit on the Nickname row.

Who sees your name

When an order is paid, the two users see each other's name on the order. It stays there, even if the order is later refunded.
