Why does my listing show Not buyable yet?

Your listing is live and anyone can see it, but nobody can buy it until you set up your Stripe Payout Account. That account is where the money from your sales is paid.

What others see

Buy is greyed out on your listing. Pointing at it, or tapping it, shows: The seller hasn't enabled payouts yet, so this listing can't be bought yet.

How to fix it

Press Set up Payout Account, on Selling, Listings, or on your listing's page. It takes you to Settings, Account. See How do I set up my Stripe Payout Account?

When Stripe has checked your details, the chip disappears and your listings can be bought. That usually takes seconds, and longer when Stripe reviews a document.

Reminders

Until it is done, we remind you by email 24 hours after you publish, then 3 days later, then 7 days after that, and once in your notifications. The reminders stop as soon as your account can receive payments.
