How long do I have to report a problem?
You have 7 days from delivery when the item was sold by a private individual, and 14 days when it was sold by a business.

Where to see your date
Once the item is delivered, your order shows Buyer Protection until and the last day. The period starts at delivery, not at payment. See How is a delivery recorded?
The period is fixed when you pay, from the type of account that sold the item at that moment. It does not change afterwards.
