Can I ask for more time to send?
Yes, once per order, before the send-by date. If the other user accepts, the deadline moves by 3 business days.
When you sold the item
- Open the order under Selling, in the Sales tab.
- Press Ask for more time.
The other user sees the request on their order.
When you bought the item
Your order shows More time requested. Press Accept more time to give 3 more business days.
There is no button to refuse. If you do not accept, the original deadline stays.
